Scott Redding has over 20 years of experience in the creative sector, with a focus on arts management, strategic development, and workshop leadership. He is a qualified interior designer and has extensive experience in gallery practice, including exhibition curation and installation.
He was Director of New Zealand Glassworks for over seven years, where he oversaw studio operations, residency programmes, exhibitions, a retail gallery, and artist support.
While his primary focus is on operational leadership and programme delivery, he also works closely with Philip Stokes on blown glass projects, contributing to large-scale installations and sculptural works.
